1. Can I choose a specific pickup time?

   Our pickup service allows scheduling a date, but not a specific time. Please ensure someone is available on the pickup date to hand over the package, or consider leaving it in a secure location, such as in front of the door, if permitted.

2. How are packing fees calculated?

   Packing fees start at KRW 10,000 and vary based on the size and fragility of your items.

3. Do you offer package consolidation for shipping?

   Yes, we provide a consolidation service. To request consolidation, please submit a shipping order for each package and let us know which orders you would like to combine. A fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for each additional package added (e.g., combining three packages will incur a KRW 20,000 fee).

   
   

   Please note that our free pick-up service only applies to the final number of packages being shipped after consolidation. For example, if you send three packages but consolidate them into one for shipping, the pick-up fee of KRW 5,000 will apply for each of the two extra packages you sent.

   A Vacuum Packing Service is a convenient solution that helps reduce the bulk of various items like clothing, bedding, and plush toys. It works by extracting air from these items and creating space-saving packages, making storage easier and shipping more cost-effective.

   Vacuum packing offers several benefits, including maximizing storage space, reducing shipping costs, and protecting items from dust, moisture, and pests. It's an excellent option for those looking to declutter, save space, or prepare items for shipping.

5. What happens if I cancel my shipment after my package arrives at your warehouse?

   If you cancel your shipment after we have already received your package at our warehouse, you will be charged:

   
   

   ● A KRW 10,000 cancellation fee

   ● The actual pick-up courier charges (the cost incurred to transport your package to our warehouse)

   ● The package return courier charges (the cost of sending your package back to the original sender or another address)

   
   

   Courier charges vary depending on the package size, weight, and destination. We will provide you with the exact cost once you request a cancellation.
