1. How can I request a shipping service?

   To request a shipping service, sign up and log into your account. Navigate to the "My Account" section and select "Ship Now" (on mobile, tap the hamburger menu first). Complete the required details to proceed.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

   We ship to over 180 countries. To check if we deliver to your destination, please use our shipping calculator and select your country.

3. What are your operating hours?

   Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

4. How much does shipping cost?

   Shipping charges are based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight of your package, whichever is higher. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula:

   $$\text{(Length × Width × Height) ÷ 5000}$$

   You can use our rate calculator by entering your parcel's dimensions to get an accurate shipping quote.

5. Do you inspect/open package? 열기

   ShipFast have full discretion to open and inspect your shipments to ensure no prohibited items are being transported.

   
   

6. Can I ship lithium-ion batteries?

   Standalone lithium-ion batteries, such as power banks, are prohibited due to transportation regulations. However, devices containing lithium-ion batteries within permitted limits can be shipped.

7. Can I ship perfume?

   No, shipping perfume is not allowed. Due to its alcohol content and classification as a hazardous material, it is subject to strict shipping restrictions.

8. Do you provide insurance for shipments? 열기

   No, we do not offer insurance coverage. However, shipments include a standard maximum liability of $100 per package. If you need full insurance coverage, we recommend purchasing a policy from an independent insurance provider. 

   
   

   The carrier is not liable for loss or damage due to:

   - Improper packaging that does not meet shipping standards. 

   - Perishable items damaged due to temperature exposure. 

   - Act of God, war, natural disasters, labor strikes, government regulations, or adverse weather conditions. 

   - Prohibited items, including human remains, hazardous materials and cash. 

9. Will I be compensated for delays or misdeliveries?

   No, the carrier is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including delayed delivery, misdelivery, or failure to attempt delivery, except under specific service guarantees. 

10. Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?

    Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges vary by country and are determined by local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
