Shipping 목록

  1. Once your parcel is collected, ShipFast requires 1-2 working days to process the shipment. After processing, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

    Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or customs clearance delays may extend the delivery time.

  2. No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping. 

  3. Yes, you can track your parcel. Once your shipment is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. You can find your tracking number on the Details page in your account. To track your package, navigate to the Help menu and select Track Package.

  4. If a package is returned to ShipFast due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the customer declines to cover these costs, ShipFast will instruct the carrier to discard the shipment.

  5. We partner with FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your packages.
